Intent Wellness is a fee-for-service practice. The practice does not participate in any insurance plans at this time. This includes government and private health plans. However, FSA/HSA can be used. A service fee will be charged to the client for credit card use. Superbills are available on request to submit to insurance.
After hours / non-business hours
Please note hours for Intent Wellness are limited and there are no after-hours contact options. Dr. Hudson will be available to answer some questions through a HIPAA compliant messaging system in OptiMantra, however it may require up to 5 business days.
If there is a life-threatening emergency, please call 9-1-1 (or the appropriate emergency service number), or go to the nearest emergency department.
If there are urgent concerns, please go to the nearest Urgent Care or call you primary care provider if they have an after hours service.
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
