At Intent Wellness, my goal is to help you find your best health. Through our visits, you will explore the landscape of your health, focusing on five interconnected body zones. My approach differs from a more traditional Western medicine approach by minimizing unnecessary intervention or prescriptions, while maximizing time with the provider and exploring your unique health prospective. As we walk together on your journey, I am look forward to seeing what we can do to improve your well being. 

I’ve come to this place through my experiences and training. From my experience helping many through significant rehabilitation from spinal injury to chronic pain, I’ve come to appreciate the limitations of medicine and the industrialized approach. This pushed me to get more training in acupuncture, biofeedback, functional medicine and mindfulness well after I did my residency and fellowship. While I engage in many holistic strategies, I maintain my board certifications because an integrative plan may require both holistic strategies and medical approaches.
